How to Use the Ab Circle Pro

!9#: How to Use the Ab Circle Pro

Although you may have seen the Ab circle Pro in action on the infomercial where those fit models use it, you should expect to have a learning curve when first getting this product. If you already got this machine, it's important that you know how to use the Ab Circle Pro so you don't stop using it due to early difficulties.

Bear in mind that this machine requires you to move in a way in which you're not really used to, so it may prove a bit difficult at first. However, don't worry, read this article all the way through and you'll know exactly how to use the Ab Circle Pro.

Setting things up

To begin working out with the Ab Circle, you need to get on the machine first. Here is how you do this: Grab one of the handle bars to steady yourself and get on the the machine with one knee on the appropriate pad. Then, place your other knee on the other pad and grab the other handle bar. Make sure that your back is straight, that your head is down to keep your neck at a single line, and that your arms are not locked. Hold the handle bars carefully and adjust your position until you are comfortable on the knee pads.

You're good to go.

Knee pads

One of the problems people report on is that the knee pads may be a bit painful. It seems that the padding is not the best it can be. There are ways to improve this. Some people place foam on top of the knee pads to make them thicker. You can use pretty much any thing that provides extra padding. Just make sure it's comfortable to be on and that it doesn't spill over the edges of the pads.

Working out

I recommend making sure you're performing the movement correctly before doing it fast. The truth is that this can be a slightly risky motion as you twist the body from side to side and this may lead to bending your back. You have to be sure that you're able to keep your back straight at all times and that you're using your abs for the motion.

In addition, keep your arms loose. Don't strain them. You need to work your abs, not your arms.

If you follow these instructions, you should have a good workout experience with the Ab Circle.
